Welcome to VALORIUM FORGE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VALORIUM FORGE. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or commissioning a piece from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Section 1 - Access and Age Requirements

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. By purchasing a weapon or armor piece, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older and assume full legal responsibility for the possession and use of the product in your jurisdiction.

Section 2 - Professional Craftsmanship and Accuracy

At VALORIUM FORGE, we strive for absolute precision. However:

Artisanal Variance: As our products are handcrafted, minor variations in finish, color, and texture may occur. We do not warrant that the product's appearance on your screen will perfectly match the physical steel due to device display settings.
Descriptions: All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Section 3 - Orders and Forging Policy

Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or limit your order for any reason.
Made-to-Order Acknowledgment: By placing an order, you acknowledge that our items are Forged to Order. You agree to the production timeline of 10-30 business days (or up to 6 weeks during holiday periods).
Cancellation: Cancellations are only permitted within the first 48 hours and are subject to a 10% processing fee. Once forging has commenced, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Section 4 - Pricing and Billing Integrity

Taxes and Duties: Posted prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or VAT. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address data provided by the customer.

Section 5 - Shipping and Risk of Loss

All delivery dates are estimates. VALORIUM FORGE is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or international holidays. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the product to the carrier. Failure to sign for a package or refused shipments will result in a 50% restocking fee as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and the "VALORIUM FORGE" brand identity, is the property of VALORIUM FORGE and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our Service without express written permission.

Section 7 - Prohibited Conduct

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights; (d) to submit false or misleading information; or (e) to use automated tools (AI, scraping, or robots) to access our Services without authorization.

Section 8 - Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

VALORIUM FORGE products are sold "As Is" for collection and display purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VALORIUM FORGE shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages arising from the misuse of our products. You assume all risk associated with the handling of sharp blades and heavy armor.

Section 9 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VALORIUM FORGE, our affiliates, and our master smiths from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 10 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VALORIUM FORGE is headquartered.
