Shipping policy

At VALORIUM FORGE, we do not move in haste. Every masterpiece is forged to order, not pulled from a dusty shelf. We are a boutique forge, and our shipping timelines reflect the artisanal dedication required for each blade.

Forging & Fulfillment Timeline

  • The Forging Process: Since every item is crafted specifically for you, please allow 10–30 business days for our master smiths to complete your order.

  • Important Notice: By placing an order for made-to-order or customized products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these craftsmanship timelines. Cancellations or refunds based on production times will not be accepted once the forge work has begun.

  • Holiday Period (December): Due to extreme demand, orders placed in December can take up to 6 weeks to ship. If your purchase is intended as a gift, please order accordingly.

  • Multi-Item Orders: To ensure the safety of your steel, items in a single order may ship separately under different tracking numbers.

Delivery & Signature Requirements

  • Adult Signature Required: All Armor & Weapons shipments require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery. We typically ship via UPS, USPS, or DHL.

  • Customer Presence: You must be present to sign for your package. Failure to do so may result in the carrier returning the item to our forge, incurring additional fees.

Shipping Rates & International Duties

  • USA: Standard Shipping is $39.90. Priority Shipping (Priority Fulfillment) is $89.90. International: We ship to over 27 countries. Standard International Shipping is $39.90.

  • Free Shipping: Complimentary Standard Shipping is applied to all orders over $2,000.00.

  • Customs & Import Taxes: Customers are solely responsible for all VAT, tariffs, or import duties. If these fees are unpaid and the package is destroyed or not returned by customs, no refund will be issued.
