Refund policy

Because our items are bespoke and crafted to order, we maintain a rigorous policy to protect the integrity of our forge and prevent the resale of personalized assets.

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • 48-Hour Window: You may request a cancellation or an address change within the first 48 hours of purchase.

  • Processing Fee: All approved cancellations within this window are subject to a 10% fee to cover non-refundable credit card and administrative costs.

  • Custom Work: Once work on a custom order (engraving, dye, or modification) is initiated, refunds are no longer possible.

Refused Shipments & Restocking Fees

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to sign for an Armor & Weapons shipment, or provides an incorrect address leading to a return, the following strictly applies:

  • A restocking fee of 50% of the total order value will be deducted from any potential credit.

  • Original and return shipping fees will also be deducted.

  • Reshipment: If you request the item be sent again, a flat $80 reshipment fee must be paid after we receive the returned package at our warehouse.

Returns & Replacements

  • Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition and packaging.

  • Proof of Status: You must submit clear photo/video proof of the item and packaging within the 5-day window to support@valoriumforge.com.

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for all return shipping costs to our facility.

Legal Disclaimer & Terms

  • Age Certification: By purchasing from VALORIUM FORGE, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older.

  • Liability: We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or misuse of our products. These are high-end collectibles and must be handled with extreme caution.

  • Legal Compliance: Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws. No refunds will be issued for items seized or destroyed by customs due to local restrictions.

  • Lost Packages: For non-delivery or lost packages, we will conduct an investigation with the carrier to provide a fair resolution.
